Now, I’ve been introduced to bubbly pinot grigio and I’m tell you, it’s life changing. To make watermelon juice: place fresh watermelon chunks into your high powdered blender. Double strainer (using the standard strainer and cocktail tea strainer) into desired glass. Top with more ice and shake well, about 10 to 15 seconds. Add tequila, agave nectar, triple sec, and fresh lime juice to the shaker. The glass is rimmed with a mix of salt and chili, giving the cocktail a spicy kick.
